How to reach SPOED with questions about the event, tickets, press or partnerships.

The quickest way to reach SPOED is a direct message on Instagram: @spoed.events. That's also where we post all announcements, such as the date, the line-up and the start of ticket sales.

What you can contact us about

• Questions about the event, such as entry, age and house rules. Check the FAQ on the homepage first; most answers are already there.
• Questions about tickets. The ticket shop opens soon. Once you've bought a ticket, your confirmation email will also include the details of our ticket partner.
• Press and media, for example for interviews or images.
• Artists, collaborations and partners. Send us a message with a short introduction and a link to your work.

Good to know

Don't send a copy of your ID or other sensitive information via Instagram. For the age check, you only show your ID at the door.
