> How to reach SPOED with questions about the event, tickets, press or partnerships.

The quickest way to reach SPOED is a direct message on Instagram: [@spoed.events](https://www.instagram.com/spoed.events/). That's also where we post all announcements, such as the date, the line-up and the start of ticket sales.

## What you can contact us about

- **Questions about the event**, such as entry, age and house rules. Check the FAQ on [the homepage](https://www.spoedevent.nl/#info) first; most answers are already there.
- **Questions about tickets.** The ticket shop opens soon. Once you've bought a ticket, your confirmation email will also include the details of our ticket partner.
- **Press and media**, for example for interviews or images.
- **Artists, collaborations and partners.** Send us a message with a short introduction and a link to your work.

## Good to know

Don't send a copy of your ID or other sensitive information via Instagram. For the age check, you only show your ID at the door.
